Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may be adjusted if the volume, weight, labor requirements, accessibility, or scope of work differs from what was originally described. On-site estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and other approved payment methods. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Junk Removal & Cleanouts

Customers are responsible for identifying any items they wish to keep before work begins. Lucy’s Cleaning & Junk Removal LLC is not responsible for items that are unintentionally removed after approval to proceed with a cleanout. Please clearly mark or remove valuables, important documents, family heirlooms, medications, and sentimental items before service.

Prohibited Items

We do not accept hazardous waste or materials prohibited by local, state, or federal regulations, including but not limited to chemicals, asbestos, explosives, biohazards, certain paints, fuels, propane tanks, and other regulated materials. Customers must disclose any known hazardous conditions before service begins.

Access & Safety

The customer is responsible for providing safe and legal access to the property. We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are deemed unsafe or if undisclosed hazards are present.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable notice. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee if labor, equipment, or travel arrangements have already been committed.

Donation & Recycling

Whenever possible, usable items may be donated or recycled. We cannot guarantee that any specific item will be donated, recycled, or resold, as disposal methods depend on item condition and local regulations.

Cleaning Services

Cleaning results may vary depending on the condition of the property. While we strive to provide excellent service, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, mold, mildew, or damage caused by age, neglect, or prior conditions.

Property Damage

Our team exercises care while performing services. Any concerns regarding potential damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion so they can be investigated promptly.

Limitation of Liability

Lucy’s Cleaning & Junk Removal LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

Services are offered throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and surrounding New England communities. Availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and project size.

Changes to Terms

Lucy’s Cleaning & Junk Removal LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
